Ecommerce Customer Service

Our company is currently hiring a hard working individual with the following qualifications:

Fast and accurate typing skills (able to type using home row keys without looking at the keyboard).
Ability to multitask (able to work on long term projects while managing phone calls, e-mails, and direction from supervisors).
Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts (must be able to cut, copy, and paste quickly and efficiently).
Ability to manage multiple windows and quickly navigate web pages, as well as multiple tabs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, execute directions, as well as problem solve independently.
Must be able to maintain focus on the job and handle heavy workload.
Volusion experience a plus.
Sales experience a plus.
Customer service experience in a online retail setting a plus.
Knowledge of Excel formulas and programming knowledge a plus.

We are looking for someone to assist in the day to day operations of our company and contribute to our continual growth. The individual hired would be responsible for daily customer service duties (answering phone calls, assisting customers, shipping, answering e-mails, checking prices and availability, extensive customer follow up), managing company invoices, managing returns.
